Pamela is the Director of Broker Support & Training at Max Insurance.

Pamela is a dedicated industry professional with an extensive background in insurance, training & development, and broker relations. As a Director of Broker Support & Training at Max Insurance, Pamela plays a vital role in fostering and growing key relationships with our existing and prospective broker partners. She is also responsible for the efficient coordination of onboarding new broker partners and managing the team of Broker Support Specialists at Max, thereby facilitating the deployment and widespread adoption of our revolutionary broker portal and comprehensive product offerings.

Prior to joining Max Insurance, Pamela worked in a variety of roles within the industry, for both traditional insurance brokerages and insurtechs, allowing her to develop the crucial professional and personal skills required for her position within our forward-thinking organization. She has previously worked as an insurance broker, a director of learning & development and personal lines, and a director of partner relations. Through these experiences, Pamela has gained invaluable insights into the operational processes within brokerages and carriers alike and a deep understanding of the gaps that exist between brokers and insurance carriers. Pamela is able to apply her past industry experiences into her role at Max Insurance to enhance the functionality of our broker portal and foster deep relationships between Max and its broker partners, including the development & maintenance of open communications with our brokers to maximize the mutual benefits of these partnerships.

Pamela is passionate about creating strong and long-lasting business partnerships through the application of her industry-leading experiences in customer service and process optimization. The experiences she brings to the table are instrumental in ensuring Max is able to continually and efficiently scale its distribution network. She is recognized as a strategic thinker, with an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry, and as a team motivator with effective interpersonal and team building skills at all organizational levels (both internally and externally).
