Prior to joining Max Insurance, Katey led a dynamic team of property adjusters at a mid-level carrier, where she consistently developed her professional skills across a range of functions with ever-increasing responsibilities, ranging from Junior Claims Adjusters to Technical Specialist. Katey has significant experience in providing invaluable mentorship, training, and support to her peers, as demonstrated through her establishment of a personalized performance evaluation-process focused on identifying and improving on an individual’s knowledge and skill. Further showcasing her dedication to improving all aspects of a claims function, she has overseen the development & implementation of operations materials and training manuals to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
