Currently, as AVP Claims at Max Insurance, Marguerite directs all property claims operations. Her proficiency in fraud detection, performance management, process optimization, and customer satisfaction has been instrumental in establishing best-in-class claims handling standards.

Her career highlights include a pivotal role as Technical Lead Property/Supervisor, where she honed claims processes, conducted audits, identified training needs, and managed diverse property claims teams.
